Medica Home Calls is led by Patrick Blanchard, M.D., a board-certified family physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience across rural practice, hospital care, hospice, and home-based settings.
The practice is built around a simple conviction: medically complex patients do better when care is slow enough to be accurate, coordinated, and humane.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many Medicare Advantage and commercial plans. Coverage varies by plan and location. We will clarify eligibility during follow-up.
